Where is SAT Sabbatical Located?

Many choose the SAT Sabbatical for an extended spiritual retreat because of its California location. SAT, adjacent to the Berkeley campus of the University of California and an affiliate of the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, is located at St. Albert's Priory in Oakland, California, right across the Bay from San Francisco. Public transportation to San Francisco and other Bay Area cities and sights is easily accessible from SAT.

During Sabbatical at SAT, participants explore and enjoy the beauty and variety of our surroundings including the Northern California Coast, Carmel, Monterey, the Napa Valley wine country, Tahoe, the Sierra Mountains, Yosemite and other national parks.
