Ease into Fall with Tai Chi Chih®
Union of Contemplation and Movement
Each class will begin with ten minutes of contemplative focusing to prepare for greater presence and attentiveness to our practice.
Tuesdays, 4:00-4:45PM, September 19 through November 21

Cost: Donation of $10/Session; $70 for entire series.
All are welcome, no previous experience is needed.
Instructor: Celeste Crine, OSF, is a Sister of St Francis of Philadelphia. Presently, she is Associate Director and Coordinator of Spirituality at the School of Applied Theology. Previously she served as Director of Spirituality and Healing Arts for St. Joseph Family Center in Spokane, WA. She is a spiritual director, retreat director, accredited Tai Chi Chih® teacher, and Reiki Master.
