Presented by Michael Fish, OSB Cam
With an emphasis on finding one’s true, authentic self in God, this two-part course offering challenges one to uncover personal masks and look at life from a new perspective. (Please bring a pillow and blanket with you.)
September 25–26, 10AM-3PM
If you have registered for a course offering that is scheduled in both the morning and afternoon, we break for an hour for lunch and reflection time. St. Albert’s, where we are housed, provides buffet-style hot lunches, with soup and salad, for $8. Unless you inform us otherwise, we will assume you will be joining us for lunch at St. Albert’s. You will find a donation box in the Lounge for your free-will donation toward lunch. Another option is to bring a bag lunch, which you may also eat in the dining room. One of the benefits of staying on-site for lunch is interacting with other commuter and resident participants, who come to us locally and from around the globe. You may also choose to enjoy one of the more than eighty restaurants and cafes, ranging from casual to fine dining, in the Rockridge area.
Arrival and Departure Times
If you are coming to SAT for the first time, please arrive a half hour early, so we can welcome you and orient you to the program and facilities.
