It supports emotional healing, connects with subconscious wisdom, and invites spiritual guidance through the dream realms.

You may want to lie on the floor (especially if you have lower back, sciatica, or other issues) or sit in a chair. If you plan to lie down, bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a small pillow for head and large one for knees, and a blanket to cover yourselves. If you prefer to sit in a chair you can use the small pillow for the lower back, a pillow for under the feet for support, and a blanket to cover yourself. Please bring your journal.
